They should ensure to fully incorporate HSE management into their overall management duties, actively promote the constant improvement of our HSE management, and offer adequate resources to ensure that all HSE-related tasks are carried out efficiently.

Every employee and faculty member should follow the company's HSE guidelines, fulfilling their HSE responsibilities as stipulated by their post to the best of their abilities. They should participate in HSE training in a timely manner, make suggestions in the spirit of improving the HSE management system, and pay attention to the HSE status of all facilities, equipment, materials and teaching aids under their job scope and within the school compound.

All accidents are preventable. HSE work must always be focused on “prevention”. Mechanisms or factors that may lead to accidents must be eliminated.

F. Promote the health, sustainability, stability and harmonious development of the education industry and society as a whole through efforts with the relevant parties.
